Overstock.com is among the businesses that accept Bitcoin. It is the first consumer-facing company that led the charge for bitcoin. In 2014, Overstock.com partnered with bitcoin exchange Coinbase in a bid to allow customers to pay for items using Bitcoin. You can purchase anything from laptops to televisions with bitcoin. Expedia

Expedia is the world largest online travel agency that accepts Bitcoin. Since 2014, users are allowed to pay for hotel bookings using Bitcoins. Expedia partnered with Coinbase just like Overstock to implement the new payment method. At the moment, only hotel bookings are allowed using bitcoins, but they are planning to expand bitcoin payments to include flights and other activities.

Not all gift shops offline or online accepts Bitcoin. eGifter is a gift card business that accepts bitcoins. You can buy all sorts of gift cards from places like JCPenny, home depot, Amazon, Kohl’s, Sephora and more. eGifter teamed up with Coinbase to be able to allow users to purchase gift cards with Bitcoins.
